Carlos Cortez joined RF Famorcan Construction Inc. in 2016 and played an important role in the company’s growth and development. As the company’s licensed ADU financing specialist and real estate consultant, he helps clients explore flexible financing options and affordable housing solutions. His expertise and dedication allow the company to better support homeowners throughout their ADU investment journey.
